Anna Walkowiak – Founder and President of the Board.

A lawyer by education, she graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University with a degree in Law and Administration and completed legal counsel training. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. Additionally, she has a certificate from the Polish Fundraising Association, backed by experience in acquiring donors and sponsors.

She has conducted over 2,500 hours of individual and group training in legal matters. Her expertise includes advising on starting businesses (economic entities) and creating non-governmental organizations (foundations, associations). She has extensive experience in handling court cases, including intellectual property protection, personal rights protection, compensation, inheritance, and family matters.

She provides consultancy on drafting statutes for companies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and has considerable experience in public speaking, self-presentation, and media appearances.

At the Africa HELP Foundation, she focuses on fundraising, overseeing projects, and ensuring their implementation.

 
Tytus Jęcz

Tytus Jęcz – The Chairperson of the Foundation’s Board.

A lawyer with many years of experience, he graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University with a degree in Law and Administration and completed his bar training. He has extensive experience in handling court cases. He is also passionate about rock climbing.

At the foundation, he provides legal support for the organization and offers advice to donors and supporters of the foundation.


Jędrzej Wachowiak

Jędrzej Wachowiak – Member of the Foundation’s Board.

A lawyer with many years of experience, he graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University with a degree in Law and Administration. He has extensive experience in handling cases for numerous organizations. He is passionate about exotic fauna.

At the foundation, he provides legal support for the organization, offers advice, and moderates.

Artur Długosz – Wolontariusz Fundacji

A Master’s in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk. He has extensive experience working in non-governmental organizations and companies, ranging from his own sole proprietorship to working in the largest Polish bank. Currently, he is professionally focused on digitalization development and corporate training. He specializes in topics such as starting a business, utilizing artificial intelligence within an organization, creating websites, implementing IT systems that enhance organizational efficiency, and developing organizational activities.

He has many years of experience with documentation related to obtaining support for companies and NGOs, such as grants for starting or developing businesses, preferential loans, and credits. He has carried out dozens of initiatives for business entities, resulting in business plans, strategies, development needs diagnoses, reports from development needs analysis, and digital transformation plans. He also conducts training on basic usage of applications like Excel and Word.

He is familiar with software commonly referred to as Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) and its use in various types of organizations. A social activist, sports, and healthy lifestyle enthusiast, he also holds professional qualifications as a massage therapist and practices in this field.

At the foundation, he is responsible for full administration of websites, editorial support for online and promotional content, and task execution for projects in Africa (and Ukraine).

Anita Kozłowska – Volunteer of the Foundation

Her passion is travel, especially to Africa. In addition to working as a flight attendant, she holds a Master’s degree in International Relations, which, combined with her love for travel, provides her with a unique perspective that she enthusiastically applies in her work for our foundation. She is involved in creating content for our social media platforms, crafting engaging posts and reels. Her ability to create attractive and persuasive content is key to our online presence. Additionally, thanks to the skills she gained during her internship at the Poland-Asia Studies Center, Anita also contributes valuable content to our website, creating interesting articles and news updates.

Piotr Latanowicz -Volunteer of the Foundation

Piotr, born in 1978, holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural and Forest Engineering from the Agricultural Academy in Poznań (2004) and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Medical University of Poznań (2022). He has worked in the agricultural industry since 2007 and is a volunteer at the University Clinical Hospital in Poznań, where he assists with patient rehabilitation. Piotr has also participated in international programs such as Work and Travel and Work Away, helping to build and finish houses in Norway in exchange for food and lodging. His studies took him to the USA and the UK, where he gained valuable cultural experiences.

For several years, Piotr has been supporting the Africa Help Foundation, including helping to build a medical point and rehabilitating a young Maasai child with cerebral palsy in Tanzania, as well as assisting South Sudanese refugees in northern Uganda. Additionally, he actively supports African immigrants living in Poland, takes fantastic photographs, and enjoys riding motorcycles.

Małgorzata Kaczmarek

Małgorzata Kaczmarek – Volunteer of the Foundation

A social activist. She has been working in non-governmental organizations for many years, primarily with seniors. She previously coordinated charity and music events. She also founded the “Dolina Głuszynki” Association, which works for the benefit of elderly people. She actively leads several senior clubs. At the foundation, she is responsible for organizing events and meetings. She also participates in projects implemented in Ukraine.
